SHIPPING & DELIVERY

ULEMONS processes and dispatches all orders within 48 hours following verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Hong Kong public holidays.

ULEMONS is not responsible for any delay in the delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control. You should contact us if you have not received your package within 20 days of placing your order and we shall try to help locate your package. If your package is being held by local customs authorities, it is your responsibility to contact the local customs office to arrange the clearance of your package. If you are not able to arrange customs clearance, the package will be returned to us and we will deduct any shipping expenses incurred by us to return the package and refund the remaining credit to the original credit card that was used for the purchase.

TAXES & DUTIES

Please note that the price of your order and the shipping charges do not include customs duties and taxies. If your parcel incurs these customs clearance, these additional charges shall be borne by you. Customs policies vary from country to country and we suggest you to check with your local customs office for further information.

We don't charge any taxes on any countries, but duties assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. In most cases, it rarely occurs duties.

For order contains Pre-Order items, will be delivered on the date stating on the description of the items.

We may ship your order with separate packages, items which have inventory will be shipped first.

Shipping Status

You will receive an email informing you that the order has shipped. The email will include a tracking number. Information about any back ordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on "Orders" to review order status and to obtain a tracking number.
