If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with an Exchange, Return or Repair.If you received an item from us that you are not satisfied with, please contact Customer Service via email customer@ulemons.com



At ulemons, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to be carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the product page.

If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can find you a good solution. We are here to help! Please feel free to contact us if you have any issue with your order!

Returns

As long as the products don't have man-made damage,we can do the refund for you for any reason in 30 days after you receiving the products.But you need to pay express fee.Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you receiving the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return for Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please feel free to contact us via email customer@ulemons.com , we are glad to help.

We cannot refund if it occurs one of the following two situations.

  1. Send products to the wrong address (including returning directly to the place of shipment without contacting us).
  2. Choose the return method for cash on delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If you return for exchange, we will ship the item you want after receiving your returned product.The exchange time may vary depending on where you live.If you are shipping an item over $75, youd better choosing a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not refund you if we can not receive your returned item.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you havent received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If youve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customer@ulemons.com

Satisfaction Guarantee 

If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to request a return. Our Customer Service team will provide you with an RMA form and our return address. All return shipping fees are at customers' own expense.

How to Reach Us


Contact us via email to customer@ulemons.com and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number and product name. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.

 

Our Solutions:

1. Ulemons' Responsibility:
If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund.
Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when ulemons is responsible for shipping the wrong item / size.

2. Customer's Responsibility

Incorrect Order (size of item)

If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable. Please notice we have added the shipping fee on the product price, so the shipping fee for reshipping or refunded items' amount would not be the same as your purchased.

Unwanted Item

If the customer decides that they no longer want the item, they can report this to us within 3 days of receiving the product.

Didn't Receive Items

If the tracking says delivered, and you don't receive the package, please check at your mailbox, front door or any other places the package would be. Otherwise, you will have to report lost to the post office or police station.

If the package was undelivered because of incorrect or incomplete address, the package will be destroyed by the carriers. Please understand in this situation, we're unable to do anything. If you still love the items, please make sure to leave the correct address and shop again at ulemons.

Additional notes about Warranty

All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; if approved, you will be provided with an RMA form. Returned items without RMA form will not be accepted.
All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.
If the customer requests a refund, we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns on intimates, swimwear, lingerie and beauty items, or discounted items, unless a customer received a wrong item or the item was faulty.

 

Compensation time-frame

For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:
Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours
Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days
